I’ve been in game development for about a decade, working across design, engineering, and production. I’ve collaborated with experienced industry veterans, been fortunate to learn from great mentors, and shipped games that reached real players. I chose not to list projects publicly, but I’m happy to walk through my background in a 1:1 conversation.

THE MODEL: PROJECT REVENUE SHARE
I am assembling a "Hunting Party" of three equal partners. Each partner (Art, Tech, Design) receives 33% of the Net Revenue from the specific game we ship, in perpetuity.
The Fine Print:
✓ Recoup: Revenue is split 33/33/33 after external hard costs (Steam fees, server costs, assets) are recouped.
✓ Ownership: You own your domain completely. No micromanagement.
✓ Flexibility: We keep our day jobs. We commit 10-15 hours a week. We ship.
ART DIRECTOR / CO-FOUNDER
33% REV SHAREI'm looking for a hunter to own the artistic vision. You won't just be making assets; you'll be crafting the trail markers on our expedition. As a founding partner, you will have complete creative ownership of the game's aesthetic.
THE CHALLENGE
- Define the art direction for my dark fantasy Auto Battler.
- Create all 2D assets: characters, environments, UI, and VFX.
- Own the entire art pipeline from concept to Unity implementation.
- Work as a peer with engineering to balance fidelity and performance.
THE PARTNER I NEED
- 10+ years of experience shipping titles.
- Expert-level 2D art skills with a strong portfolio.
- Deep experience with Unity (2D tools, animation, particle systems).
- Desire for ownership and autonomy, not just a paycheck.
TECHNICAL LEAD / CO-FOUNDER
33% REV SHAREI'm looking for a hunter to build the backbone of my games. You will have full autonomy over the codebase and technical direction—your domain to conquer.

- Architect and implement the core systems for my Auto Battler.
- Establish the technical pipeline and coding standards.
- Ensure performance and scalability.
- Collaborate on game design and production.

- 10+ years of experience in game programming.
- Expert knowledge of C# and Unity.
- Experience shipping titles on Steam/Console.
- Ability to solve complex problems autonomously.
